Heavy Duty Textured Finish Silicone Engine Baffle
The T-8071 & T-95182 have become a signature product of Brown Aircraft Supply and the standard when it comes to engine baffle material for the general aviation market. For many years we have manufactured this product and supplied it all around the world. This material is constructed of a heavy woven fiberglass mat and then impregnated & coated with a silicone coating. It manufactured to a heavy 1/8” thickness, with the signature textured finish of the Brown Aircraft Supply Engine baffle. It is available in sheets or rolls.

This material is manufactured to meet the AMS3320 spec. It is constructed of a very lightweight fiberglass reinforcement mat coated with a silicone material.

The BA-8071-1 is an aircraft fiberglass baffle material constructed of both fiberglass and silicone, offering a combination of low weight and superior engine protection. This black engine baffle meets the AMS 3320 spec to ensure the best engine protection possible. The BA-8071-1-3 silicone engine baffle has a temperature range of -65 to 500 degrees (F). Measuring 3/32" thickness x 3" wide by 9' long, the infusion of silicone into this aircraft fiberglass baffle ensures it is both sturdy and temperature resistant.

Smooth Finish Neoprene Engine Baffle
This material is manufactured to meet the MIL-R-6866E spec. It is constructed of two polyester fabric layers coated with a Neoprene Rubber Material.

The BA-71646 material is polyester fiber reinforcement neoprene material. The neoprene material offers a temp. range -20 to 212 F. The Finish of the neoprene material is a smooth plate finish. This is a 1/16" thick x 3" wide x 9' long.

Engine Baffle Fasteners

The T-3700-3-PK is a two piece soft aluminum fastener used for attaching the flexibile engine baffle to the aluminum baffle componets. Each package consist of 13 total fasteners. They have a grip length of 3/16" to 5/16" and the O.D. of the stud post is 3/16".
